Lisa has worked in the health & fitness industry for over 15 years, pulling together her Psychology and Exercise/Nutrition educational background to help others understand and make the right lifestyle choices to improve their health. She has worked for both the NHS and private companies, delivering nutrition workshops and weight management courses. She then specialised in physical activity for specialist groups and spent 7 years working for herself as a Sports Therapist and Corrective Personal Trainer.
Lisa is currently the Lead for the Weight Management service in East Sussex.
Personal info: Lisa is an experienced climber, loves hiking, running and SCUBA diving. She is a committed vegetarian and also ‘practices what she preaches’ when it comes to exercise and nutrition and loves cooking good, healthy food and is a regular exerciser. Lisa is an avid traveller and has spent long periods of time living, working and travelling overseas.
Random fact: Lisa once met his Holiness the Dalai Lama in his current home of Dharamsala, North India.

Jack has been working in health and nutrition for 10 years; initially with individuals in a personal training context, later as a lecturer teaching Sport and Nutrition Foundation Degrees. He has a special interest in how healthy eating reduces disease. His role in One You East Sussex is as an Adult Weight Management Practitioner, working with groups to educate, encourage and support clients with their weight loss.
Personal info: In his leisure time Jack enjoys playing football with friends, as well as writing music and reading a variety of books.
Random fact: Jack spent his late teen years touring the UK, playing guitar in a signed pop-punk band.

Rebecca has been working as a weight management practitioner following the completion of her Masters degree where she gained a vast amount of knowledge on a number of nutritional aspects and diet-related diseases. In her current role as a practitioner, Rebecca enjoys applying and passing on her knowledge to promote an understanding among clients of the effects of diet on human health and well-being.
Personal info: Rebecca was born and bred in Northern Ireland. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, several outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family.
Random fact: Rebecca has lived in both Australia and New Zealand for an extended period of time- of which she travelled around New Zealand in a Campervan.
Level 4 Exercise Referral Practitioner specialising in obesity and diabetes, nutrition, chronic back pain, motivational interviewing and behaviour change. Level 3 personal trainer and Exercise to Music Instructor.
Beverley has been working in the Health and Fitness Industry for the past 20 years specialising in exercise on prescription, nutrition, obesity and diabetes, nutrition and behaviour change, supporting and educating clients to make long term changes to their lifestyles to improve their health, particularly when faced with chronic illness and pain which can become a barrier to exercise.
Beverley has also lead weight management groups focusing on nutrition, behaviour change and goal setting, facilitating healthy lifestyle changes to improve long term health. She is also a Level 3 Personal trainer and coached clients one to one as well.
Personal info: I really love being outdoors mountain biking, hiking or just working in my garden. I enjoy cooking and creating new healthy recipes for my family.
Random fact: I used to play Hockey for my County team!
