The programme has been well thought out. The workbook is easy to follow and has a nice mix of factual information, menus to try and the weight tracker, that is very useful.
The use of visual aids work really well, for example the sugar & fat sessions say much more when seeing the actual amounts Involved.
The weekly weigh in was done the right way, nobody felt discouraged and no negative feedback was given or broadcast to everyone.
The measuring cup, eat well plate and food label decoder are excellent. All the handouts are useful and make up a good collection that can be kept in folder / binder.
The pace of the sessions is just right with Ali’s half hour exercise a great way to finish. These appeared to be done, very much with the attendees in mind. It was nice to see consideration for the lesser mobile of the group for example providing a separate exercise program to enable them to join in and not feel excluded.
On a personal note I found that the preparation was of a high standard and your presentation / delivery style relaxed while maintaining a professional approach. Rebecca always displayed an enthusiastic attitude that is infectious and was always extremely approachable. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would happily recommend it to anyone.
